Goal:
Monarch management reached out to Firefly Lighting to improve the lighting and appearance at their property, The Estates at Roseville. After reviewing the project, Premier Lighting proposed new LED flat panel fixtures for improved light levels, and because the low-profile fixtures would provide a new, clean appearance.

Results:
All goals were achieved. Light levels increased dramatically, and the clean look was obtained (see photos). With rebates covering over one-third of the cost, the ROI was 43%. Additionally, energy consumption was reduced by over 50%.
